Kalyan Srinath B, a fellow member of ICAI with 9 years’ standing in the profession, is a Co-Founder of KSPV & Co. and heads the Taxation Division.

He has a diverse background and wide experience in the fields of Tax Audit, Forensic Audit & Investigation, Due Diligence, Taxation (Direct), Company Law Matters and Project Finance.

Owing to his rich knowledge and experience in Income Tax, he has a unique flair to handle complex cases of Scrutiny, Appeals and Representations before tax authorities.

His proficiency in Working Capital Management and the lending norms of Banks & Financial Institutions has proved to be a valuable asset in Corporate Planning, Structuring and Re-structuring of organizations.

As a core member of a curated team of Chartered Accountants, Kalyan has played a key role in raising a cumulative funding of INR 560 Crores for various corporates.

With a certificate in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from ICAI, he has successfully led Forensic Audits for the National Company Law Tribunal, Corporates and Banks, including State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda & Others for PUFE Transactions under the IBC Code, 2016.

Being tech-savvy, he has efficiently leveraged the nuances of Microsoft Excel and Interactive Dashboards for Forensic Audits in order to aid better decision making.

He is currently pursuing his Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI and a Certificate Course on Concurrent Audits of Banks from ICAI.

Siddharth Ashok, a fellow member of ICAI with a professional experience of 9 years, is a Co-Founder of KSPV & Co. and heads the Business Analytics & Advisory Division.

Working with WIPRO Technologies as a Business Analyst from 2011-13, he gained expertise in SAP implementation, maintenance and support which strengthened his knowledge of systems audit, internal controls and finance.

He is a qualified Business Analyst with a Post Graduation Programme in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence from Great Lakes Institute of Management and Illinois Institute of Technology.

Currently, he handles the Process & Controls Audit of various clients where he provides methodologies for Implementation of Controls, Cost Optimization and Profit Maximization.

He has done extensive R&D in Robotic Process Automation and has developed a vast knowledge of Finance & Accounting Automation using BOTS and Excel Tools.

His service repertoire aims to adopt emerging global trends including Visualization, wherein he creates interactive Dashboards using Tools like Tableau, Power BI and Microsoft Excel which help Organizations in informed decision-making.

Being a Registered Valuer of Securities & Financial Assets certified by IBBI, Pragadeesh is one of Coimbatore’s most trusted professionals in handling business valuation of Mergers, Acquisitions, Takeovers, Liquidations and preferential issues.

Qualified to be an Independent Director of Corporates certified by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, he adds value to clients by lending his financial proficiency to their Boards.
